Terms & Conditions
Whilst we don't
like to issue terms & conditions we feel that we need to so
that everybody knows where they stand.
Not only does it protect our business these terms make sure
that everybody is treated fairly by us. We have kept the
terms as simple as possible, and we ask that you respect and
follow them as we do.
By booking our services you "the customer" accept our terms
and conditions of trading.
All invoices must be paid promptly, within 14 days for
domestic and 28 for commercial/contract.
Failing this we have the right to temporarily suspend any
future cleans until the payment has been brought up to date.
For your convenience we attempt to collect any monies owed
after the job is complete. However it is still your
responsibility to make sure any payment reaches us on time.
If you are planning to go away for a extended period of time
please let us know before you go. This will save any
misunderstanding on our part.
If payment is overdue by 30 days or more we will permanently
suspend our services supplied to you. We will also recover
the debt via our collection agency for monies owed to us,
plus 2 % interest per month for the total balance due
thereafter. You will also be required to pay for the
collection and court fees.
You have the right to cancel our service provided to you at
anytime. However we ask that if you decide to cancel we
require at least 14 days notice from you.
We must have access to the rear of the property, i.e. all
gates must be unlocked unless other methods of entry have
been agreed. If you would like us to contact you the night
before we will, but 25% will be charged if we then cannot
gain access to any part of the property.
Health & Safety:
Safety is of paramount importance to us, we request that
small children and pets be enclosed in the safety of the
house for the duration of the clean.
We always work within the current Health & Safety
legislation, but if we deem any conditions unfit or
hazardous then work will not continue until conditions are
Any future price increases will be at our discretion, but
you will be notified in writing beforehand. If your
requirements change, i.e. adding additional windows to the
property or changing the cleaning frequency, a new quotation
may be required.
If you are not completely satisfied with any work carried
out or if it is raining when we clean your windows and they
do not dry satisfactorily once the rain has stopped, we will
return to re-clean the effected window/s. To take advantage
of this service you must inform us within 24 hours of the

of our staff or customers. If you have a complaint against a
member of staff please contact us immediately and we will
look into the matter accordingly.
We reserve the right to change our Terms & Conditions
